I am committed to giving undergraduate and Master’s students from a diversity of backgrounds a strong foundation in research so that they have essential skills in critical thinking and problem solving for their future careers as scientists or whatever path they choose. I strive to create a supportive, stimulating work environment with weekly lab meetings, as well as to create the time and space to support my students’ individual development as scientists.
